Please pray for me. I am going through a divorce. I got married this summer and my husband left eleven days later. I didn't know that he was bipolar and apparently something triggered an episode. We are going through a divorce, he does not want anything to do with me and I don't even know why. He has changed his phone number and refuses to see me or even let me know what happened. Please pray for the Lord to give me peace and healing. My family says this is God's deliverance as the eleven day marriage was violent and hurtful but I am still in shock and I need God's peace.Please also pray that the Lord will provide for my financial needs and soften Jason's heart to at least provide financial help for the bills he helped incur. He is working full time and I am a student living off of loans.Also please pray for my finals, I am having such a hard time concentrating.Thank you.Love in Jesus,Stacy

Butch went to my dr. today and found out that he has a kidney or bladder infection. He couldn't remember which. Also, the lack of muscle tone in his legs has to be caused by something more than high blood pressure, so she is having him do an ER MRI. Maybe on Wed. She wants to rule out a spinal infection. Please pray and have others pray. Thanks.

I have bipolar and PTSD and sometimes life gets hard to bear sometimes and all I can seem to think about is suicide. I have a daughter thats soon to be 9, and tho I don't want to leave her motherless, it seems to be getting easier for me to want to end it all. I need all the prayer and support I can get as it feels that the devil has a hold on me. I feel as tho there is no way out and no joy or happiness in my life. All I want is to be happy again, to enjoy life once more, to know what it tfeels to be loved and wanted. I know this is a lot to throw on your plate but I have nowhere else to turn at the moment. October prayer Request
Here are two requests that came in from our webpage:
(I) wish to request prayer for the healing of my friend Peggy Rich who lives in Ky. She has cervical stage 2 cancer and goes to Loiusville Ky on sept 15th to discuss her options. She lost her husband to cancer around a year ago. His doctors gave him 3-6 months to live, it was all thru his body and going into his head. He went to church with her turned his heart and soul over to God, his 6 months spreadto over 6 years. Please keep her on your prayers, Thank you, Lynda
My husband and I moved here from Ohio in June to take a job with someone we didn't know and we trusted that his business was growing and would grow. It did not and he was not a good person. We've been out of work since Jan/Feb. and our only income is my husband's vet. disability and my unemployment, which runs out in 5 weeks. We are getting desperate because we can find no work and I don't know where the Lord is taking us. Our friend who moved from PA with his son to work for the same man, is now out of work and cannot find any. We have food for now (we've not been able to buy Angel Food) and the rent is paid until October. Please keep us in prayer. I know the Lord is working for our good and for His Glory, but I feel desperate and everything seems dark. I just need to know that He'll take care of us and our 2 ancient cats. we are 63 and 60 and do whatever it takes, but they are 14 and 16 and depend on us. May the Lord forgive my fears. Thank you. I cannot talk on the phone or in person, as I'll break down. Our families all live in NY and we have very few friends here who know what is happening. - Dan and Doreen Ganoung

Pray for our finances, with times hard for everyone the church is not exempt. Pray God will provide what we need to continue to become everything we need to become. We are very low at this time but are believing by admitting our circumstancing and trusting God, He is going to send what we need.
Continue to pray for direction. God seems to be using us the most through Angel Food and we are seeking how He would have us change a few things to give us more opportunity to reach their spiritual needs as well as their physical.
Pray for the leadership team.
Pray for those that have made commitments to Jesus this month in our services. People have been saved, sanctified and growing in Christ. I just pray they will continue on the correct path.
Pray for the lost that attend to find Jesus.
Pray for our teens and children’s department, pray for each kid and minister.

Pray for GriefShare. I ask all that will to pray each Tuesday evening before or during our meeting. We meet from 7-9 PM.
As the pastor I ask you to pray that I will do whatever it takes to stay as close to God as possible. I feel a real burden at this time to seek direction. I know I can’t lead the best I can if I am not as close to God as I possibly can be.

Kayla Taylor
Kayla Taylor is a little 6 year girl who is a friend of Amber's. She has been having seizures since last Saturday. The doctor's are calling them hard seizures. They totally paralyze her body and at times stop her breathing. Until they can be gotten under control, MRI's and other test can not be performed. Please pray that her seizures will be quickly controlled so tests can be ran to deterime the cause of these seizures. She is having 25-30 a day since she has been admitted to MCV in Richmond.--Linda

God gives us lots of gifts, but U have a prayer request for DONALD & LORI ROSE for their 2 year old son MATHEW. Mathew had fallen off a trampoline ladder and was hurt. His parents to him to the doctors to find out that he had cancer. Mathew had a kidney removed recently and now they found out he is in his 3rd stage of cancer. I would love to have a prayer for him.
Please pray for our troops. Our neighbor Cliff Burnette left for Baghdad today.--God Bless, Chris

It is off to a slow start but I know with our prayers it will catch on and we will have 1440 minutes of prayer every day for The Bridge Worship Center. If you have not done so and would like to, please email me the number of minutes you will pray for God's church TBWC daily. I will post your efforts and make sure you receive the prayer requests.
Pray for us as we start to prepare to hold a 1 day VBS. This is all new and we need guidance from God about how to do this. We also need people to help minister on that day. We are looking at august 16th. We can help and reach many families with VBS and prayer.
Pray for Angel Food ministries. We are reaching more people then ever through this ministry. We delivered over 2000 units of food this last month. that was two tracker trailer full of food. We had two families visit church this week from Angel Food. Help pray as we try to find more ways to meet the needs of the people. I know God has more as this continues to grow. We are looking for ways to help people physically and spiritually. Pray that God will open hearts to the Gospel of anyone we touch.
Pray for our new Leadership team as we move forward as an organized church. We are off to a good start but please pray for us as we look in the future and what God has for us. We need unity of Spirit and guidance from God.
Pray for our new CARE group at Fran's home in Bumpass. This is a new outreach and we hope to have some AF people from that area join with us. Pray for more CARE groups and leaders.

Leo Parsons
My husband Leo Parsons is in the hospitol he may or may not get out Monday or Tuesday.He has lung cancer and has spots on his brain.The doctors said that if his body refuses thetreatments then he has a matter of weeks.If his body accepts the treatments he has 9 months no more than that.He is saved and knows the Lord.Thank you Brenda Parsons
